Prepared & Unprepared Cretaceous Fossils Primarily From The DFW Metroplex
Coming Soon: More Oxytropidoceras, Eopachydiscus Ammonites!
Recent heavy rains revealed new specimens of the oxytropidoceras species in both the Kiamichi and Goodland formations nearby. The same creek has Duck Creek exposures interspersed along the way, allowing me to find eopachydiscus ammonites with beautiful sutures like the two shown below. Mortoniceras ammonites are also occasionally found here.

Post-Freeze Woodbine Discoveries
I found perhaps my best septarian woodbine ammonites (conlinoceras tarrantense) in February 2026, also finding a large, solid and unusual piece of petrified wood buried in creek gravel!

Acanthoceras Amphibolum (pending confirmation of ID)- another first for me!

Our Fossils Are From The Rapidly Developing DFW Metroplex.
This means that your fossil is not just unique, but also increasingly scarce as more land becomes fenced off and developed throughout DFW. Each fossil tells a story, and we take great care in preserving the fossil as found to the best of our ability. All of these factors also give fossils scientific, monetary, and sentimental value, just as other collectibles or physical assets tend to retain or even increase value over time. There will never be another fossil exactly the same as yours!
We Hope To Hear From You!
We will do our best to respond within 24 hours.
