Big 6" Paracymatoceras Texanum, Sliced & Polished

I found this nautiloid in a creek near the Tarrant/Johnson County border west of Chisolm Trail Toll Road in Summer 2023. Prepared by Mercer Brugler, the Fossil Factory. $39.99

Paracymatoceras Texanum

This specimen in good condition came from a construction site in SW Fort Worth off of McPherson in 2024. Paracymatoceras are found in the Fort Worth formation, though they aren't as common as other types of ammonites in that geological area.

Cymatoceras species

This small group came from the Grayson Formation after exposure due to construction off of McPherson. Two nautiloids are stuck together, a rare find for me! $33.99
